About Your Stay




Q. How far in advance should reservations be made?
A. During summer season, we recommend reservations for weekends and holidays be made 4-6 weeks in advance. However, cancellations do occur so please check our site’s ‘Availability & Rates’ calendar for up-to-date cabin availability.

Q. What is the preferred method of making a reservation?
A. Reservations can be taken online 24 hours a day using our on-line booking system. Please feel free to call, or email, with any questions and if you prefer in-person service. Office hours are 9am-5pm CT each day.


Q. What is considered season and off-season?
A. Season: March 1st through January 1st
Off-Season: January 2nd through February 28th (excluding Valentine’s Day weekend)


Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes. At the time of your reservation, a deposit, or full payment, will be required.  Please see our rental agreement for details of the payment requirement.  


Q. Will I be able to have my deposit returned if the stay is cancelled?
A. You will receive a full refund, less a $50 booking fee, if the cancellation notice is given at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not given within this period.


Q. When is full payment due?
A. Full payment for your stay is required if your reservation is received within 30 days of your stay.  For reservations made in advance of 30 days, full payment must be made upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.


Q. Are discounts available?
A. Off-Season Rates are available for stays during January and February.  Rates are pre-scheduled and can be viewed on our booking system.  Please ‘friend’ us on Facebook to be notified of other seasonal discounts and specials – www.facebook.com/thecinnamonvalley.


Q. What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am. If advance notice is received, special arrangements can be made to accommodate early/late arrivals.


Q. What are your office hours?
A. Office hours are from 9:00am – 5:00pm. After hours service is available for last minute reservations.  Emergency service is available at any time.


Q. Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A. A minimum of a 2 night stay is required.


Q. What are your cabin rates?
A. Cabin rates range from $215 – $365/night, plus tax, during season for double occupancy. Specific cabin rates are posted on our Availability & Rates page.
